What is the globalization?

Globalization is the restriction-free activities all over the world. The activities are business, following the global fashion, cultural exchange with each other. The globalization has been so fast for the outbreak of internet. The people all over the world are now connected with one another other via the internet.  The young generation is influenced by international trade. The expectation of people has dramatically increased. The consumption of people also increased. So, global business organizations are expanding their business activities all over the world.

But is globalization contributing to the developing country? Who is actually gaining from the welfare of globalization?
